i couldnt be happier with this product almost a 1/3 of the price of comet delivered the very next day, roughly 18 hours after ordering! works perfectly stright out the pack no programing or anything, battries included. 5* all the way

I bought this as a second remote and it has to be said it is perfect. Seems like the real mccoy to me. Definitely recommended!

It arrived promptly and well packaged .... and it was definitely MUCH cheaper than other websites or SKY itself. Luckily I had checked with a Professional TV Fitter first and they said before purchasing make sure it is a Sky PLUS controller as there are different types ... seems obvious with hindsight - but I may have got it wrong without that advice - as there is no checking procedure when making the order.
I didn't know that there is a more complex method of setting up the controller with the Sky Plus Box once the batteries have been out for more than 10 minutes - so it took a phonecall to SKY to sort it out. But that's perhaps the fault of SKY rather than the supplier of the Remote Controller? But then there were no instructions with it - so bear that in mind!
It's all working OK now and I'm very happy to have an extra controller in the kitchen!! I would mark it 9.5 out of 10

Arrived within two days and worked as soon as I put the batteries, which were provided in.
